The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is rapidly evolving, with media and government updates happening several times a day.
We at True Canadian Elevator are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation and the potential impact it has on our clients as well as our employees.
WHAT WE ARE DOING:
With reducing the spread of COVID-19 being our top priority, we are changing how we will be servicing all calls to True Canadian Elevator.
Effective Monday March 16.
IMPLICATIONS TO CLIENTS:
We urge all clients to only place emergency service calls that are essential. Minor issues will be dealt with during regular maintenance visits. In addition, we will not be scheduling any access requests during this period.
We also require immediate notification should any residents or tenants on your property test positive for COVID-19.
Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated as we move through this uncharted territory together.
